Refund policy

Return and exchange policy in Finland:

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only to items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

In Finland, please use MATKAHUOLTO return services (ID 9528048) for returns and exchanges. The return fee in Finland is 5 € per product which is always deducted from the refund. The shipping fees are not returned.

Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return. Also include your name, order number, phone number, email and address. Please also include your bank account number in IBAN format.

We will not accept returns after 14 business days. When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The time for processing a return may take up to 10-15 working days after we have received and checked the return.

If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to us and an extra fee of 10,00€ is deducted from the refund amount if the customer does not wish to keep the order. If you have missed the last pick-up date, please contact info@papudesign.com to arrange re-shipping.

The return right applies only to items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. The cost of the return is 5 € per product outside of Finland, which will be deducted from the refund. The shipping fee is not returned.

Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return or exchange. Also include your name, customer number, phone number, email, and address.
