Papu x Ninyes: A New Life To Used Papu Clothes

We manufacture our clothes responsibly and carefully so that they get the longest and best life possible even after their first user. Now we have made recycling as easy as possible for you: Send your used Papu products back to us and we will find a new home for them! In return, you will receive a gift card to our online store.

We will refund you up to 70 % of the estimated sale price for each approved garment. You will receive the gift card almost immediately and you will not need to wait for the clothes to be sold. This is easy and fast!

Our recycling partner is Ninyes, which is the first and only marketplace for used, responsibly manufactured clothing in Northern Europe. At Ninyes you will also find the best collection of 2nd hand Papu.

Please notice that the re.wear program is available only in Finland, Sweden and Denmark at the moment.

WHY?

In order to have all Papu clothes to be used as long as possible and to make recycling them as easy, as safe and as beneficial as possible for you. The greater the use of a garment, the lower its overall impact on nature. By recycling, we can greatly reduce the carbon footprint of our clothes. 

HOW?

Please notice that the re.wear program is available only in Finland, Sweden and Denmark at the moment. 

1. Fill out and send the Papu x Ninyes re.wear form.

Pack your clothes and include a note with your name, phone number, and email address.

2. Pack your clothes and send them to us using a pre-paid customer return code. In your package, include your name, address, e-mail and title "Ninyes re-wear".

Returns from Finland: Use Matkahuolto pre-paid shipping code 9545051 / Ninyes Oy or Posti pre-paid shipping code 671577 / Ninyes Oy. Shipping address: Ninyes Oy Veneentekijäntie 18 B, 00210 Helsinki.

Returns from Denmark: You will receive your personal prepaid code for GLS return in an email. Leave your package at a GLS service point. The return works with an automatic QR code on your mobile.

Returns from Sweden: You will receive your Bring prepaid packing slip in an email. Leave your package at a Bring service point. If you are not able to print out the label, we will send it to you via normal mail.

3. Once the return has been received and processed, you will receive an email with a message about the value of the clothing and the corresponding gift card amount. Once you have accepted the value, you will receive a gift card in your email within a few days.

We will compensate you 50% or 70 % for each item eligible for sale depending on the estimated selling price of the product / products in the form of a gift card to Papu’s online store. All products under 70€ will be compensated 50% and products 70€ and over will be compensated 70%. 1€ / product handling costs are reduced from the gift card. You will receive a gift card approximately two weeks after you have shipped the garments. The gift card is valid for three months from the date of issue.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

YES PLEASE!

Used Papu children's and women's clothing and accessories (headwear and scarves). Clothing should be in good condition, intact and clean and have an intact brand label. The assumed selling price for each garment must be at least € 10.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Dirty, stained, broken, clearly faded or discolored clothes. Clothes with animal hair or strong fragrance. Samples, factory seconds or clothes with cut brand labels.

We do not accept toiletries or small accessories such as underwear and socks, earrings, hair accessories or swimwear.
